What Data Syncs from Roller to Patch?

If you use Roller and Patch, this guide shows you exactly what info moves from Roller into Patch so you can segment your contacts and send better emails or texts.

Contact Info That Syncs

These fields come from Roller and show up on the contact in Patch:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Address

  • Roller ID

  • Date the contact was created

  • Marketing Consent (Email/SMS — only if they opted in through Roller)

  • Guardian/Minor relationship

📝 Note: You can’t edit consent in Roller. Customers must check the opt-in box during checkout or booking.

Orders (aka Bookings)

In Roller, orders are called bookings. These might include:

  • Memberships

  • Food or merch

  • Birthday parties

We bring over the orders into Patch if:

  • There’s an email or phone number on the booking

  • It happened after your sync date when configuring your Roller to Patch integration OR up to 3 years ago

Fields we sync from each booking:

  • Total Amount

  • Discount Amount

  • Subtotal (Amount minus discounts)

  • Products
  • External Data (extra data that is usually used for troubleshooting)

If the booking gets canceled in Roller, it will delete:

  • Any finished order events in Patch

  • Any linked calendar events in Patch

You'll find these in:

  • Contact Profile and Fields
  • Automations → Order Finished trigger block

Calendar Events

If your Roller booking has a start or end date and time that is within the next 28 days and is for:

  • A session

  • A party package

  • A pass

…then we create a Calendar Event inside Patch.

You’ll find these in:

  • Contact Editor → Calendar tab

  • Automations → Calendar Event trigger block

The Calendar Event uses the product name as the title and gets auto-tagged to help with filters in Automations.

Memberships

  • Memberships sync every 12 hours

  • They show up under each contact in the Memberships tab

  • You can use Membership Started or Membership Ended as Automation triggers
