How to set up the Patch-Smartwaiver Integration

This article will walk you through setting up the Patch-Smartwaiver Integration.

Step 1. Start by logging into Smartwaiver.

Step 2. Follow the steps in this article to create a new API Key: https://support.smartwaiver.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056594392-How-do-I-find-my-API-key-in-the-new-Waiver-Console

Step 3. After copying the newly created API Key within Smartwaiver, please paste the API Key and send it via email to the Patch Customer Success team at success@patchretention.com.

Step 4. In the email, please include the date of your first Smartwaiver signed date, as this will be used to sync the historical data.
