How to setup the Patch-Roller Integration

This article will walk you through setting up the Patch-Roller Integration.

Step 1. Log into the Roller software

Step 2. Go to Settings > Integrations > API Keys

**If the API keys option is not visible in your navigation menu, please contact your ROLLER representative for assistance in enabling it.**

 

Step 3. Click on the 'Create client key' button

Step 4. After the pop-up displays, name your new API key 'PATCH RETENTION' and click 'Create'.

Note: It is not required to use "PATCH RETENTION" as the client key name but it cannot be named PATCH

Step 5. Copy and paste the following and send via email to the Patch Customer Success team at success@patchretention.com.

  • CLIENT KEY NAME
  • CLIENT ID
  • CLIENT SECRET
