This article will walk you through setting up the Patch-CourtReserve Integration.
Step 1. Within CourtReserve, navigate to Settings.
Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see Additional Features.
Step 3. Click on Additional Features.
Step 4. Click on Integrations.
Step 5. Select Patch Retention and click "Setup".
Step 6. Copy and paste the Account ID and API Token that were provided by the Patch Customer Success Team.
👆*make sure to check the box to "Sync Player Data"
Step 7. Enable Text Message Alerts
Go to Settings, scroll down and select Additional Features, then proceed to Premium Features, and then enable the Text Message Alerts feature.
Step 8. Save your updates!
Once you have saved the changes within your CourtReserve account you're done! It will take up to 24 hours before your account begins to sync.
