This SOP outlines the steps to set up the non-member membership upsell automation in Patch, ensuring effective communication with non-members who have made multiple purchases.
Key Steps
1. Start with the Trigger Block 0:00

Begin the automation with a purple trigger block.

This automation will trigger when a non-member completes an Order Finished or Purchase.
2. Set Membership Status Filter 0:12

Click on the trigger block to set the filter:

Ensure the Membership is empty or the Membership Status is not active.

Add a Filter by Events block to check the number of purchases:

Set it to look for orders made in the last 30 days.
