Key Steps

1. Start with the Trigger Block 0:00

  • Begin the automation with a purple trigger block.

  • This automation will trigger when a non-member completes an Order Finished or Purchase.

2. Set Membership Status Filter 0:12

  • Click on the trigger block to set the filter:

    • Ensure the Membership is empty or the Membership Status is not active.

3. Filter by Events Block 0:32

  • Add a Filter by Events block to check the number of purchases:

    • Set it to look for orders made in the last 30 days.

    • Ensure the total event count is greater than or equal to 3.

4. Configure Email and SMS Sequence 0:57

      • First email immediately after the trigger.
