How to set up the Rock Gym Pro - Patch Integration

Use this article to connect Rock Gym Pro to Patch so your onboarding team can begin syncing your data.

Connect Rock Gym Pro to Patch

Patch can connect with both versions of Rock Gym Pro:

Step 1: Find your Rock Gym Pro API credentials

Follow the steps in the Rock Gym Pro help center article linked above for your version of Rock Gym Pro to get your:

  • Rock Gym Pro API User

  • Rock Gym Pro API Key

Step 2: Send your information to Patch

Email your Patch onboarding representative with:

  • your Rock Gym Pro API User

  • your Rock Gym Pro API Key

  • the date you want your data history to begin

Your data history date tells Patch how far back to pull your past data from Rock Gym Pro.

Multi-location accounts

If your Rock Gym Pro account includes more than one facility or location, Patch can support that setup.

Your onboarding team will handle the setup for you.

How multi-location setup works

1. Patch connects your Rock Gym Pro account
Your onboarding representative will add your API credentials to Patch and complete the connection.

2. Patch reviews your facility list
Once Rock Gym Pro is connected, Patch will see the list of facilities tied to your account.

3. Each facility is matched to the correct Patch account
If you have multiple locations, Patch can set up each Rock Gym Pro facility under its own Patch child account.

4. Patch finishes the facility setup
Your onboarding representative will assign each child account to the correct Rock Gym Pro facility, authenticate the add-on, and activate syncing.

5. Data starts syncing into the right account
Once setup is complete, each facility’s data will sync into its matching Patch account.

Good to know

  • The same Rock Gym Pro API credentials can be used across related Patch accounts

  • Each location can be connected to its own Patch child account

  • Patch runs scheduled syncs automatically every 6 hours

  • If needed, Patch can also run a manual sync for a specific facility account

What happens next

After your Patch onboarding representative receives your API credentials, they will add them to your Patch account settings and start syncing your Rock Gym Pro data.

During onboarding, your team will also learn how to use the main parts of Patch, including:

  • Contacts

  • Blasts

  • Segments

  • Forms

  • Automations

  • Messenger

  • Users

  • Reporting

Your onboarding representative will help make sure your account is set up and your team knows the basics before onboarding is complete.
