How To Set Up The Rex-Patch Integration

Step 1: Generate Patch API Credentials

Your onboarding representative will email this information to you.

Alternatively, you can generate these from within your Patch account. To do this, go to Account Settings > API and create credentials for your account. You will need both the Patch Account ID and the API Key.

Step 2: Configure the Patch Marketing integration in Rex

  1. Go to Rex > Global Integration Section > Patch Marketing option
  2. Input Patch Account Id and API Token
  3. Save your changes
  4. Next, go to “Venues” and for each Venue that will have a Patch connection:
    1. Click the Venue in the list
    2. Scroll down to Patch Marketing and input the associated Patch account id
    3. Click Sync Data
    4. Save your changes
  5. Verify that data is syncing in Patch account
