How to set up the PodPlay - Patch Integration

Learn how to connect your PodPlay data to Patch

Step 1: Get your API credentials

Reach out to support@podplay.app to request your venue's:

  1. API Key
  2. subdomain

Step 2: Contact your Patch onboarding rep

Send an email to your Patch onboarding rep with the following info:

  1. PodPlay Venue's API Key
  2. PodPlay subdomain
  3. Sync date (usually this is the date your venue opened)
