      How To Set Up the Patch-Rezdy Integration

      This article provides a step-by-step guide to help you complete the integration process between Patch Retention and Rezdy

      Step 1: Log into your Patch account

      Step 2: Open your Patch Rezdy Settings

      1. Click your account name in the top right hand corner
      2. Click on "Account Settings"
      3. Find "Rezdy"
      4. Leave this view open in this tab of your browser

      Step 3: Login to your Rezdy Dashboard

      1. Open a new tab in your browser
      2. Log in to your Rezdy Dashboard

      Step 4: Copy your Rezdy API Key

      1. Go to Integrations > Rezdy API > API Key
      2. Generate and Copy your Rezdy API Key

      Step 5: Paste your Rezdy API key into Patch

      1. Go back to your Patch tab where your Rezdy settings are open
      2. In the "Configuration" section paste your API key

      Step 6: Activate your Rezdy add on

      Click the purple "Activate" button

      Step 7: Create your webhooks in Rezdy

      1. Copy the Target URL from your Patch settings
      2. Follow the instructions in this Rezdy article to create your webhooks with the copied Target URL in Patch: Rezdy - How to set up a webhook
