      How to Set Up the Patch-BookNow Integration

      In this article, we will guide you through the process of setting up the BookNow integration with Patch.

      Step 1: Log into your Patch account

      Step 2: Open your Patch BookNow Settings

      1. Click your account name in the top right hand corner
      2. Click on "Account Settings"
      3. Find and click "BookNow"

      Step 3: Authorize the integration in SalesForce

      1. Click on the purple "AUTHORIZE IN SALESFORCE" button in Patch
      2. You may need to log in to your SalesForce account
      3. Click the blue "Allow" button to authorize the integration
      4. You will be redirected to your Patch settings

      Step 4: Active the BookNow add on

      From within Patch find the "Status" section and click the purple "ACTIVATE" button

      Step 5: Create your webhooks

      From within Patch BookNow settings find the "Webhooks" section and click the purple "CREATE WEBHOOKS" button
