Templates are an effective tool for optimizing workflows, helping you and your team save time when crafting your Email and SMS communications.
To save an Email from a Send Email Automation Block as a Template, begin by locating the Automation module in the left sidebar menu. Next, identify the Automation that contains the Email you wish to save, and click the ‘pencil’ edit icon to open it.
Within the Automation, find the specific Send Email block you intend to use for your Template. Hover over this block to reveal a submenu, and click the edit icon once more to access the block settings.
Once you are in the Send Settings page for the Email, you will see the purple ‘Save As Template’ button located in the top right-hand corner, next to the ‘Send Test’ option. Click this button to proceed.
You will then be prompted to name your Template. It’s recommended to choose a name that is easily searchable for quick access in the future.
After naming your Template, click Save & Close. Your Template will now be stored in the Templates module within your Account Settings, making it readily available for use in upcoming Blasts and Automations.
