Learn how to export a list of contacts who have clicked a SmartLink within a time from from the Event Log in Patch.
Step 1: Access the Event Log Section
The Event Log section can be found in the left navigation menu of the Patch Portal.
Step 2: Filter the Event Log
You can filter the event log to only include the SmartLink (and other data) that you need. To do this:
- Select only the "SmartLink Clicked" event type from the picker
- Include additional fields from the view manager to enhance your data insights. For instance, adding the "Event Redirect URL" field allows you to identify which specific link the contact clicked on.
- Select a date range
Step 3: Export the Data
