How do I deploy changes I have made in the Kiosk flow editor to my Kiosk devices?
After making changes or updates to your Kiosk flow, you will need to push new updates to your device(s).
Option 1: Update all devices
- If you are not already signed in please visit the Patch portal and log in.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Kiosk module using the left sidebar menu. Once you have clicked on the Kiosk module a secondary option for 'Devices' will show.
- From the 'Devices' module, underneath the 'Kiosk' module.
- Click on the first icon to use the checkboxes next to the device(s) you want to push updates to if you want to push the update to all devices 'Select All' devices associated with the account.
- Select the icon above that checkbox - it will display the total number of devices selected.
It will ask to 'Select Flow'
- Choose the desired flow from the list of available options. Once selected, click on the 'Deploy' button.
- It will ask to confirm, select Yes.
Option 2: Update a single device
- Select the edit button next to the individual device.
- Device details will appear in the next window.
- Select the 'Edit' button next to the 'Flow ID'.
- The same selection screen will appear.
- Once selected it will automatically push this updated kiosk flow version to the edited device!
