How to Customize Your Brand Voice in Patch AI

1. Open AI Context in Account Settings 0:00

  • Go to Account Settings in Patch AI.
  • Open AI Context.
  • Click Add Context at the top.
  • Select Brand Voice and Tone.

2. Define Your Brand Voice 0:15

  • In the Brand Voice card, describe how you want Patch AI to sound.
  • Include your preferred voice traits, such as:
    • Friendly
    • Professional
    • Playful
  • Add any style guidance that helps the AI match your brand.

3. Add Writing Rules and Examples 0:28

  • Specify what to avoid, such as:
    • Emojis
    • Jargon
    • Too many exclamation points
    • Em dashes
  • Add phrases you like to use, such as:
    • “Happy to help”
  • Add phrases you never use so the AI avoids them.

4. Choose Where the Brand Voice Applies 0:45

  • At the bottom of the card, choose where this context should be used.
  • For most businesses, leave Brand Voice set to All Agents.
  • This makes the guidance apply to:
    • Content
    • Conversation assistant replies

5. Save and Update as Needed 1:04

  • Save your changes.
  • Patch AI will now use your brand voice when generating messages.
  • If the AI sounds off-brand later, return to this section and update the instructions.
