1. Start a new blast from Patch AI 0:00

• Open Patch AI and begin a new blast.
• You can start in one of three ways:
  • Choose a suggested idea from the home screen.
  • Open the Patch AI widget from anywhere in the portal.
  • Type a custom prompt if you already know what you want to send.
• Example prompt used in the video: "Create a blast encouraging customers to book available spots this weekend."

2. Let Patch AI generate the blast 0:37

• Patch.ai uses your prompt plus existing AI context to draft the blast.
• Review the generated message carefully before continuing.
• Note that the blast name is for internal use only.

• Check the key settings before sending:
  • Recipients / segment
  • Gateway
  • Send time
  • Content
• Make sure the blast matches your intended audience and message.
• If everything looks correct, continue using the blast.

4. Confirm recipients, content, and schedule 0:58

• In the reveal/confirmation flow, verify the recipients are correct.
• Review the content again to ensure the message is accurate.
• Check the schedule to confirm the timing is right.
• In the final confirm step, review the summary of all previous steps.
