How to connect the BMI Leisure - Patch integration
What this does: Connects your BMI Leisure venue to Patch so guest, purchase, race, and visit data can power email & SMS marketing.
BMI Leisure stays your venue system of record. Patch receives your guest and activity data so you can run marketing in one place.

One venue = one Patch account. If you have multiple locations, each venue gets its own Patch account and connection.
What we may ask from you
- The Patch account that belongs to this venue.
- The timezone used at the venue in BMI.
- A BMI contact we can work with so they can:
- Approve the connection for your venue
- Send ongoing guest and activity updates to Patch
- Provide a one-time historical export for your first sync
What to expect after you’re connected
- Updates arrive when BMI sends data to Patch for that day — not in real time, and not on a fixed “every 6 hours” timer.
- New purchases, races, and guests usually appear after that day’s updates finish processing.
- Historical reloads are handled by Patch with BMI. You don’t need to email files yourself.
Once data is flowing, you can segment and automate from purchases, finished races, and visit dates tied to purchases.
