To ban a Contact's phone number you must select that specific Contact and add that status.
- From your Dashboard, click on the ‘Contacts’ module in the list on the left-hand side of the portal.
- Search for the contact by their name, number, or email, then hit enter or click on the magnifying glass.
- Once you have found the person you would like to Ban, click on the person icon to the left of their name in the list of contacts.
- In the Customer Profile Info section click the purple ‘EDIT’ option in the upper right-hand corner of that section.
- Scroll down to select ‘Add a field’ and select ‘Banned’.
- Set the Banned field to ‘YES’ and then click Save
This will successfully save the Banned status to a contact profile.
