How to Archive Blasts (and Unarchive)

This article will walk through how to Archive, Find and sort Archived items.

Archiving a Blast

1. In the Blasts module, the archive button will ONLY appear for a Blast with a status of being ‘Sent’.
2. The Archive button is located within the other icons to the left of the name of the blast.
3. If a blast is in ‘Draft’ status it cannot be archived / the option will NOT appear. A ‘Draft’ can be deleted, but not archived.
4. Once you have Archived a blast, it will no longer appear in the default main view of the module. To view Archived blasts, you will need to select the drop-down menu that says ‘Select Status’, and then from the list, choose ‘Archived’.
5. When the Archived option is selected, it will display ALL Archived Blasts.

Unarchiving a Blast

1. Click on the ‘Unarchive’ button icon for a blast.
2. The Blasts will be removed from this list and added to the Main View default or under the Sent status. To view the Blast that was unarchived, clear the filter from the status dropdown or refresh the page.
