Archive an Automations
Step 1. Navigate to the Automations tab.
Step 2. Locate the Automation you want to archive and select the 'Archive' icon.
Once you have Archived an Automation, it will no longer appear in the default main view of the module.
In the Automations module, the archive button will ONLY appear for a blast that has a status of being ‘Sent’. The Archive button is located within the other icons to the left of the name of the Automation.
If an Automation is not in the ‘SENT’ status it cannot be archived / the option will NOT appear.
Step 1. To view Archived Automation, you will need to select the drop-down menu that says ‘Select Status’, and then from the list, choose ‘Archived’.
- When the Archived option is selected, it will display ALL Archived Automations.
Unarchive an Archive
Step 1. Click on the ‘Unarchive’ button icon of the Automation you wish to Unarchive.
The Automation will be removed from this list and added to the Main View default or under the Sent status. To view the Automation that was unarchived, clear the filter from the status dropdown or refresh the page.
