How to Adjust a Contact Profile from the Kiosk device
- Check in with their phone number.
- Once the customer's phone number has been entered into the kiosk device, there will be a top menu bar option in the upper right with three horizontal bars next to the name.
- Click the three-line icon (hamburger menu) in the top right-hand corner of the device.
- After selecting the top menu bar button, it will provide two options:

Notification Preferences
- This will bring up options for opting in/out of SMS and Email messages.
- You can update the preferences here.
- Your Account
- Opening this option will allow you to adjust:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Opening this option will allow you to adjust:

- After any updates (if any) have been made, be sure to select ‘Save & Close’ to update the profile.
