How to Adjust a Contact Profile from the Kiosk device

  1. Check in with their phone number.
  2. Once the customer's phone number has been entered into the kiosk device, there will be a top menu bar option in the upper right with three horizontal bars next to the name.
  3. Click the three-line icon (hamburger menu) in the top right-hand corner of the device.
  4. After selecting the top menu bar button, it will provide two options:
    1. Notification Preferences

      1. This will bring up options for opting in/out of SMS and Email messages.
      2. You can update the preferences here.
    2. Your Account
      1. Opening this option will allow you to adjust:
        1. First name
        2. Last name
        3. Phone number
        4. Email address
  5. After any updates (if any) have been made, be sure to select ‘Save & Close’ to update the profile.
