How to Add FAQs to Patch AI Context

1. Open the AI Context settings 0:12

  • Go to Account Settings.
  • Open AI context.
  • Find the FAQs section under the Add context menu.
  • This is where you add the questions customers ask most often.

2. Add common customer questions and answers 0:23

  • Enter FAQs that help Patch AI respond more accurately.
  • Good examples include:
    • Business hours
    • Booking questions
    • Outside food policies
    • Waiver information
    • Other things guests should know before visiting
  • Example FAQ:
    • Question: Do you host birthday parties?
    • Answer: Add a clear, specific response.

3. Write clear, specific answers 0:39

  • Keep each answer concise and precise.
  • Make sure Patch AI has the right information to work from.
  • Avoid vague wording so the AI can give more accurate responses.

4. Choose where the FAQ context should be used 0:51

  • At the bottom of the FAQ entry, select where this context applies.
  • All Agents is usually the best choice.
  • Use this if you want the FAQ to help with both content and conversation assistance.

5. Save and let Patch AI use the FAQs 1:00

  • Once saved, the FAQs are auto-saved in Patch AI.
  • Patch AI can then use them when:
    • Writing messages
    • Replying to customers
  • This helps improve the accuracy of responses over time.

6. Review and refine FAQs as needed 1:19

  • Revisit FAQs if Patch AI gives an incomplete answer.
  • Update or add new FAQs as customer questions change.
  • Keeping FAQs current helps Patch AI stay accurate and useful.
