How Can I Remove A Contact From An Automation In Progress?
Discover the different ways to remove a contact from an active automation.
There are a couple of work flows to remove a contact from an Automation. Both options only work if the Contact is delayed in an Automation.
From the Contact Profile
Use this option if you know the contact you would like to eject from an automation.
- Go to the Contacts Module
- Search for the Contact you would like to remove from the Automation
- Click the person icon to open the Contact Profile
- Click the Automations tab in the right panel of the Contact Profile
- Click the "Eject" button on the Automation that you would like to remove the Contact from
From the Automation Delay Block
Use this option if you don't know which contact you would like to eject.
- Go to the Automations module
- Find the Automation you want to eject your contact from
- Click the stats icon on the delay block
- Click the "Task Log" tab
- Click the person icon to open a Contact Profile
- Click the "Automations" tab in the right panel of the profile
- Click the "Eject" button for the current Automation
