CRM reporting and multi-location rollups
What this covers: The Reporting tab, key metrics, group performance insights, and parent-account rollups.
Before you start
You'll need:
- CRM enabled on your account.
- At least a few deals in the pipeline — reporting is more useful once you have data.
The Reporting tab
Go to CRM → Reporting to see pipeline performance at a glance.
Click Refresh to pull the latest numbers.

Metric |
What it shows |
|---|---|
|
Open deals |
Total deals in non-closed stages |
|
Open pipeline value |
Sum of deal values for open deals |
|
Win rate |
Closed Won ÷ (Closed Won + Closed Lost) |
|
Avg days to close |
Average time from deal creation to Closed Won |
Pipeline by stage
A table breaking down open deals by stage — count and total value per stage. Use this to see where deals are piling up (e.g. too many in Quoted, not enough moving to Confirmed).
Group performance
If you use CRM groups, reporting shows booked value by group type. A focus recommendation highlights which group type to prioritize this month based on historical booking patterns.
Example: "Focus on School groups this September" with runners-up like Corporate and Church.
Multi-location rollup
Parent accounts with child locations can view CRM performance across the whole brand.
Go to CRM → Rollup (visible only on parent accounts with child locations).

Summary |

Location scope on the Pipeline tab
On the main Pipeline tab, use the location selector next to the CRM title at the top of the page to switch between:
- This location — see only this location's deals
- All locations — see the combined board (parent view)
Deals always belong to the location where they were created. The rollup aggregates across locations without mixing deal ownership.
Event journey reporting
If you use the Stamp Event Journey Entry Point automation, CRM can report on how group events and fundraisers convert to bookings.
The journey report counts a booking as converted only when the deal closes after the entry timestamp — so attribution is honest. A contact who was already a customer before the event isn't credited to the campaign.
Set up one stamp automation per campaign with a distinct campaign name.

Location A outperforming Location B |
Share Location A's process; compare pipeline stages and automations |
Troubleshooting
|
What you see |
What to try |
|---|---|
|
Reporting shows zero |
Create at least one deal; click Refresh |
|
Rollup tab missing |
You may be on a child location — switch to the parent account |
|
Group focus recommendation missing |
You need groups with booked deals; reporting improves over time |
|
Numbers don't match the board |
Reporting aggregates all deals; the board loads up to 500 at a time — use search on the board for exact counts |
