Account Settings - Message Usage

Find out how many SMS messages and emails you have sent for the current invoice period.

Where are the message usage statistics located?

To view your current SMS and email usage statistics, log into the Patch portal and navigate to Account Settings. From there, select the 'Message Usage' section, where you will find a detailed overview of all messages you have sent and received.

Understanding Your Message Usage

The Billing Cycle indicates when your billing date occurs and when your message allotment will reset. (Please note: not all accounts have an 'allotment'.)

You will find a comprehensive list of all Gateways, along with their respective allotments and usage statistics for both SMS and Email.
