Email Snippets are reusable content blocks (like a header, footer, or promo section) that you can drag and drop into your emails. They're designed to save time, keep branding consistent, and make updates easier across all your messages.

To Create a New Snippet

Click the ( + ) button

Name your snippet at the top

Drag and drop a layout, or drag over an existing snippet

Add content blocks as needed

To Edit an Existing Snippet

You’ll have two options:

Global Edit: Changes update everywhere that snippet is used (including in Blasts and Automations)

Local Edit: Duplicate the existing snippet for a one-time change that only applies to the current email

By duplicating a snippet, you can tailor it for a specific email without affecting its use in other communications. This allows you to make unique modifications for an individual message while preserving the original snippet for all other instances.

Brand Settings Inheritance: Snippets automatically adopt your logo, colors, and other brand elements. When you make updates to your Settings > Account Details > Brand Settings, these changes will seamlessly apply to all existing emails that utilize global snippets, affecting both past and future communications.

Saving Your Work
Use the floppy disk icon (top-right) to save as you go. Email building can take time, and saving regularly helps prevent data loss due to session timeouts. -

For deliverability reasons, your footer should include account info like:-

These values pull directly from your Account Settings > Account Details, and can be updated anytime.
