How do I include the amount of Loyalty Cash in my message?

You can insert the amount of Loyalty Cash a Customer has available dynamically into any message using SmartText. 

The SmartText for this takes the Loyalty Points on your account and converts it to a cash value based on your account's Loyalty Redemption settings. 

SmartText: {{ contact.punchcard | toCash() }} 

This is used in Blasts and Automations when sending both SMS or Email messages. 

Depending on which Content Editor you are in you will use the 'INSERT' feature to select 'Loyalty Cash' from the quick menu dropdown.

Note: When using the Email Editor be sure to save your work regularly using the Floppy Disk icon in the top right corner. Building Emails can often take time and if you build the entire message without saving as you go there is a risk that servers can timeout and you may lose your work. Saving often throughout this process will help prevent this from happening and in the event it does the amount of work lost will be limited.
