Gateways are channels that allow you to send out messages to your customers.
Patch has two options SMS/MMS and Email.
Depending on where you are in your account when attempting to send out messages if the account is not configured with the appropriate gateway for the message you are trying to send you will see varying error messages across the top of your screen.
In any instance, if you come across an error regarding not having access to a particular gateway please reach out to success@patchretention.com or use the TextChat widget in the bottom left corner of your account.
Most common errors:
Account doesn't have access to EMAIL gateway #5. Please contact customer support to configure access.
Error with SmsOut block: No gateway_id provided
