SmartOffers Main View Features
Search
The search field can be used to search the fields of the data table for matching results.
Create New SmartOffer
Click the purple button with the ‘+’ icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page to create a new SmartOffer.
Paginator
Rows Per Page
This feature allows you to see how many pages are currently showing for each page on the data table.
To change how many contacts (rows) you would like to see per page click the down arrow and select from 10, 25, 50, or 100 contacts per page options.
Pages
The pages feature of the paginator shows:
- First Number: the page you are currently on
- Second Number: the total number of pages
- Total Number of Records: the total number of contacts (rows) in your database
Refresh
Click this button to refresh the data table with the most up-to-date information.
Previous Page Button
Click this button to navigate to the previous page on the data table. If it is grayed out and unclickable This means you are currently on page 1 and a previous page does not exist.
Next Page Button
Click this button to navigate to the next page on the data table. If it is grayed out and unclickable This means you are currently on the last page and a next page does not exist.
Data Table Action Items (First Column)
Edit Icon 
Opens the SmartOffer editor dialog.
Trash Icon 
Deletes the SmartOffer from the account.
Duplicate Icon 
Duplicates the SmartOffer.

Edit Table View (add remove columns from the data table)
This feature includes the ability to manage different views for your Automations data table. With this drop-down, you have access to:
Main View (default)
The main view includes the most common fields used in an automation data table.
Select Additional Fields
Fields can be selected to add additional fields to the current data table view, save in the current saved view, or save within a new saved view.
Search by field name
Search fields by their name for a quick lookup.
Unselected Fields
A list of unselected fields in the current data table view. Select one of these to view in the current data table, save in the current saved view, or save to a new view.
Saved Views
The saved views section is where data table views can be selected, created, and updated.
Saved View Drop-Down
Select from a list of saved views to quickly change to your previously saved data table views.
Save Icon
Save the current list of selected fields as a view to access from the saved views drop-down in the future.
How to save a new view:
- Create a list of selected fields
- Order the list
- Click the Save icon (top middle next to the saved views drop-down)
- Select the “Save as…” drop-down
- Choose to overwrite an existing view by selecting the name of the data table view you would like to overwrite
- Save the view as a new data table view by selecting “Save as new”
- Name your field view with the Field Set Name input
- If you would like this view to be the first view when you visit the or refresh the Automations page then select the checkbox for “Make this the default for the Automations page.”
Manage columns in your current data table view
You can manage the fields that currently show within your data table from the field manager to best suit your needs.
Features
- Add a field to the data table view
- Remove a field to the data table view
- Reorder the columns of the data table view
Steps to add a field:
- Click the field manager
- Find the “Unselected Fields” section (right side)
- From within “Unselected Fields” click the gray square to the left of the field type you would like to add to the data table
- On selection of a field, the field will:
- Be added to the list of Selected Fields on the left side of the field manager
- Be added as the rightmost columns on the data table
- Persist as a selected field until the page is reloaded, the view is saved or is saved to a new view
Steps to remove a field:
- Click the field manager
- Find the “Selected Fields” section (left side)
- From within “Selected Fields” uncheck the field you would like to remove from the data table view
- On deselection of the field, the field will
- Be removed from the “Selected Fields” list
- Be removed from the current data table view
- Persist as an Unselected Field until the page is reloaded, the view is saved or is saved to a new view
Steps to reorder the fields:
- Click the field manager
- Find the “Selected Fields” section (left side)
- Find the field you would like to move
- To the right of the field, there are three lines
- Click and drag the three lines up or down
- Drop the field in the place where you want it to be
- When the field is dropped
- The field will persist in its place until the page is reloaded
- The field will be reordered on the current data table view
Fields/Columns
# Redemptions
The total number of times the SmartOffer has been redeemed.
Auto Activate
Whether the SmartOffer requires activation or not.
Coupon Code
The activation code for the SmartOffer.
Customer Use Limit
The total number of times the SmartOffer can be redeemed by an individual contact.
Description
The customer-facing description was added to the SmartOffer.
Discount Amount
The discount amount in dollars set on the SmartOffer.
Discount Percent
The discount amount is set on the SmartOffer.
Display Name
The customer-facing name of the SmartOffer.
Enabled
Whether the SmartOffer is active or inactive.
End Time
The date and time the SmartOffer is set to expire.
ID
The SmartOffer’s ID.
Last Redemption Time
The last date and time the SmartOffer was redeemed.
Name
The name given to the SmartOffer when created. This is not customer-facing.
Points
The total number of points required by a contact punchcard when a Loyalty SmartOffer is redeemed.
Punchcard Key
The punchcard the SmartOffer’s loyalty points will be added or removed from.
Redemption Value
The redemption value of the points set on the Loyalty SmartOffer. (Set in Loyalty Settings)
SmartLink
The SmartLink associated with the SmartOffer. This is the link that contact’s will click to activate or redeem the SmartOffer.
Start Time
The date and time the SmartOffer is set to start.
Total Use Limit
The total number of times a SmartOffer can be redeemed by ALL contacts.
Type
The type of SmartOffer: Promotional or Loyalty.
