How to Export Contacts
1. To export a list of contacts, you may first want to choose the information and customers to export. From your Dashboard, click on the ‘Contacts’ module in the list on the left-hand side of the portal. Keep in mind when exporting, only the information that is showing will be exported.
For this list that appears, you can choose who all appears and what all information can
be viewed in the content of the exported file.
You can choose the Contacts by using a Filter. Learn more here.
You can choose the Fields by adjusting the Column View.
Once you have your list prepared, you can select all of the contacts ready to export.
2. To Select All contacts for export, in the top row of listed column names - to the left beside the 'FIRST NAME' field appears a checkbox, above the first contact profile.
When you select the first checkbox a second checkbox beside it will appear.
Select BOTH the first checkbox and THEN select the SECOND checkbox that appears.
3. Select the multiperson icon, and then the export contacts option.
4. A secondary options page pops up after selecting ‘Export’ and can be left alone unless you have a specific need for one of the optional settings. Select ‘EXPORT’ to download a .csv file.
