In the Activity Window, there are other tabs at the top that contain more customer profile details that we can see.
In the Customer Profile Card - Activity Tab, the Activity tab has been detailed.
Now let’s take a look at the ‘Automations’ tab.
The last tab is called ‘Automations’.
Any currently Active Automations will appear here.
The customer is currently in an automation, and the name of the automation is ‘Drip Campaign - UC Tampa’.
The yellow ‘Hourglass icon’ means the customer is currently in the stage of a ‘Delay Block’ and that block is labeled ‘80D’. The resume date is listed when the next action will occur.
To view/edit the automation, click on the icon with the arrow coming out of it.
When selecting the icon to view the automation, it will open a new window to the automation.
The customer is currently in the second hourglass block labeled 80D.
