Contact's Offer Tab Overview
This will be an overview of the Offers tab found in a Customer's profile
- To get to the Offers Tab for a specific Contact. You'll need to log-in to the CityGro portal and find that contact in the Contacts Module (Click Here for a tutorial)
- Once you found the contact, click the person icon to the right of the name
- Next to the name at the top, click on the Offers tab

The following will be a break-down of each section found in the Offers tab:
Loyalty Points
- You can edit the customer's Loyalty Points from this page. Where you see Add/Remove is where you will add or take away. Then under New Points Total shows you how many points that account will have if saved. (Remember to click Save & Check in if you are checking in a customer)
Offers Available
- This section shows what offers are currently available to this customer. If an offer that should be there isn't, you can activate an offer by clicking the orange Activate Offer. (Remember that the computer counts a day as 24 hours from the activation of the offer)
Redeemed Offers
- Here you will find all the offers a contact redeemed. It will provide you with the time it was redeemed and the offer itself
