How to Ban a Phone Number from your CityGro Account

1. Go to your CityGro portal, click on the Contacts module on the left side of the screen
   
   
2. Once you find the contact you'd like to Ban, click on the person icon to the left of the name (Click Here for tutorial)
   
   
   
3. Click the blue Edit in the Profile Info section (Click Here for tutorial)
   
   
   
4. Scroll down and click + Add a field, click on Banned
   
   
   
5. You should see the Banned field added to that contact, click the pulldown menu to the right of the Banned field
   
   
6. Select Yes
