How to convert a PDF to a Waiver?
This tutorial will take you through the step by step process of converting a PDF into a Waiver
- Log into your CityGro account, then click on the Waivers module on the left side of the screen
- Click on the orange + Create Waiver button at the top right of the screen
- You will be prompted if you'd like to create a waiver From Scratch or Upload a PDF
- Once selected, the edit screen will load. This is where you will be converting the PDF to a digital Waiver
- At the top, name the waiver. Keep it nice and simple
- At the right, you will see 3 tabs: Insert, Page, and Element
- Insert:
- Content: You can add a text box anywhere on the document
- Today's Date: Will auto-populate the date the waiver is accessed/signed
- Image: How to import an image
- Shape: You can add a box to your waiver cover up anything you'd like
- Simple Input:
- Advanced Input: This is where you can assign a Field so when a customer fills it out, the system will know what to connect that data with. (Make sure the Field is created before, Click Here for tutorial)
- Contact Photo:
- Checkbox: Lets your customers checkbox
- Signature: Lets your customers sign the waiver
- Page:
- You can filter out pages to only show to specific customers
- Element:
- Lets you see the details of what you have selected
- Lets you see the details of what you have selected
- Insert:
- Go ahead and fill out the PDF file with the previous step so it captures all the needed information. Once filled out how you'd like, the waiver is completed.
