Different ways to Edit a Contact
The following are different ways someone can edit a contact
Contacts Overview Page
- Make sure to be on the Contacts overview page (where you access our contact list)
- Search for the contact you'd like to edit (Click Here for tutorial)
- Once found, click on the Person Icon to the left of the account info
- It will bring up the Customer's Profile
- Personal Info: Click on the blue Edit button found in Profile Info
- Loyalty Points, Offers, and Check-in: Click on the Offers tab next to the account name.
- If checking someone in, please make sure to click the orange Save & Check-in

- Personal Info: Click on the blue Edit button found in Profile Info
Kiosk
A customer can edit their account info while checking in:
- Have your customer check-in
- Once checked-in, click on the three lines at the top right of the screen (It should be next to their phone number)
- To edit Personal Info: Click Your Account
- To edit their Opt-ins: Click Notifications Preferences
- Please note that customers can't edit their account's Loyalty Points, Offers, and Check-ins
Creating a New One
- When creating a new account, you can enter the right information as you go (Please note that this method to edit a contact is only for contacts that aren't in the system yet but have been in the store)
