Facebook event from a form (Kid to Kid)
This tutorial is tailer towards Kid to Kid account owners (Click Here for the universal tutorial). This tutorial will provide instructions on how to configure a waiver into a Facebook Event that you can send to your customers. You can use a digital waiver to help promote an event and to redirect people to any website.
The following are the instructions on how to configure a Facebook event:
- Go to app.citygro.com and login to your account
- Click on Forms on the left side of the screen
- Time to create your flyer
- Kid to Kid accounts: Find Master - Facebook Event and click the two pieces of papers to the left of the form
- It should load a new screen, this will be your new digital flyer

- Kid to Kid accounts: Find Master - Facebook Event and click the two pieces of papers to the left of the form
- Once loaded, click on the box at the top to edit the name (The following picture is what it will look like for Kid to Kid accounts):
- Delete all the fields under the Fields section
- Under Form Submission Options:
- To Redirect Customers: This is where you can customize the redirect button's text on the bottom of the digital flyer
- For Read-only: Click on Make this Form read-only
- Click Next at the bottom of the screen
- On the Styles page, this is where you can edit the style of the flyer. That is the color, size of the font, Title image, etc.
- If you like how it is, click Next
- If you like how it is, click Next
- On the Settings page, this is where you will enter the content of the flyer (Text with 3 stars before and after are the ones to edit***).
- To change the bottom picture:
- In the section, Bottom Content, you will want to click on the picture and delete it.
- Click on the little picture frame under the Underline Button.
- New Picture: Click Upload New where it will have you upload the picture. Once uploaded, select the picture then click Insert
- Existing: Sometimes, there are pictures that you would use that have been uploaded. Click Open Library. There you can search and find the picture you would like to use. Select it, then click Insert.
- Once done, click Next
- To change the bottom picture:
- On the Success page, this is where you decide if you will auto-redirect your customers or prompt them.
- Auto-Redirect:
- Leave Finish Message empty!
- Under Redirect Options, copy and paste the link of where you would like to send to your customers under Redirect URL
- The Redirect Button Text should be the same as when you named it in step 5.
- Prompt:
- Under Finish Message, type in what you would like to prompt (your customers will have the option to click the button and get redirected)

- Auto-Redirect:
- Once all done, click Save and Continue then Save and Exit.
