This tutorial will take you through how to configure your Facebook Business page to redirect customers to a form. This provides another simple yet effective way to add more customers to your database

1.  Go to the home page for your Facebook Business Page
   
   
   
2. To the right of your business name, click on Edit ... (Might say something different)
   
   
   
   
3. Click Edit Button then select Sign-up from the drop-down menu
   
   
   
4. Now you can paste any link you'd like to redirect your customers too. You can paste the SmartLink to a Form. 
   
   • Idea: You can create a specific Form for these types of customers. Since they haven't gone to your store, try to keep it simple and straight forward
