TextChat Widget

This will be an overview of how to customize your website's TextChat Widget 

1. Click on the TextChat module on the left side of the screen, then click on the Widget module. The following will is a breakdown of the options that you see on that page:

Basics section: 

• Banner Text (Title): Will be at the top of the pop-up box
• Message Text: The first message your customers will see when they click on the Widget
• SMS marketing opt-in: You have the option to ask customers if they would like to opt-in to you text messages
  
  

Widget Colors section:

• If you'd like to change the color, click the Trash Can and select the color you'd like
  
  
  

Callout Settings section:

• Show Callout Message: This determines if and when the Widget will prompt the customers on your website
• Callout Message: This will be the message if you decided to prompt your customers
• Callout Image: You can add an image if you'd like. This would appear to the left of the Callout Message (a good place to add a logo)
  
  

Widget Preview section:

• You can type in a website and see how the Widget will look like on that website/link.
