How to clear the iPad's cache?
Sometimes, the iPad stores too much data to where it might cause problems. This is the tutorial on how to clear the iPad's cache.
- When in the Kiosk app on your iPad, press and hold down on the CityGro logo for more than 5 seconds
- Once the setting page is loaded, in the middle of that screen click on Remove All Synced
- If your iPad doesn't have any check-ins stored (cache), there will be a 0 to the left of the check-ins store and you won't have the option to Remove All Synced

- Click OK on the pop-up
- Don't be alarmed with the pop-up, it's referring to deleting all the contacts that are stored on the iPad

- You should see that the number drops significantly. Don't be alarmed if it doesn't go down to 0
- Make sure that the checkbox above is NOT CHECKED
- Click the blue-button, Save & Close at the top right of the screen. Then you'll want to restart the Kiosk App
