What is an "Admin"?
An Admin is a contact that you want to give access to your CityGro account.
How do I set up a new "Admin"?
Getting There:
- Click on your business name on the bottom left of your screen
- Click on Account Settings
- Scroll down on the Account tab to see your Admins
- Click "+ Add Admin"
- Fill out your new admin information with Name, Email and Cell Phone Number
- Decide what Access Level to give:
- Full Access - This gives your admin access to everything on your account. Make sure you select your alert preferences.
- Limited Access - This gives you the ability to limit what modules they are able to see such as Dashboard and Contacts.
- Read-only Access - This gives your admin access to only be able to view information. They cannot edit or make any changes.
- Full Access - This gives your admin access to everything on your account. Make sure you select your alert preferences.
- Once you have added your new admin you can hit save
