TextChat Installation

If you don't use one of these platforms, you can follow this generic guide:

Copy Widget code from CityGro Portal (app.citygro.com).
- Go to TextChat > Widget and Click “Edit Widget”.
- After completing “Step 1 – Design” click on “Step 2 – Installation” and copy code. Make sure your Widget is enabled at the top of the screen.
Paste the Widget Code into your website code directly under the <body> tag. This is usually done in one of the following ways:
- By directly editing the source code on your website.
- By searching for a plugin or app in your host’s marketplace or app store that allows you to “edit HTML” or “insert headers and footers.”
- By sending the code to your developer and letting them take care of it (should take less than 5 minutes).
