How to add a contact
There are several ways that a contact might be added automatically to your database. These are
- List import
- Loyalty Kiosk
- SMS Keyword
- Waivers
- Forms
- API
However, you might run into a situation where you'd like to add a contact manually (search your database before adding a duplicate account, Click Here for tutorial).
- On the Contacts overview screen, click on the blue plus button on the bottom right of the screen:
- Once the New Contact screen loads, input the information that you have (click Add a field... if you are looking to add a field to that contact. For example, SMS_on)
- None of these fields are required — you'll put in whatever information you have on the contact. You will be limited to the amount of info you have, so try to collect as much as you can.

- Click Save once done.
- It will open the Activity panel when saved. On the right side of the pop-up, click Offers if you'd like to edit the Loyalty Points
- If you are adding an account for the first time and adding Loyalty Points, remember to click Save & Check-In or it won't register them as checking in and might cause issues:
