How do I send a Waiver to a specific contact?
- Go to the Contacts section of the CityGro Portal
- Search for your customer using the search bar at the top of the page
- Once you have found your contact, click on the edit button next to the contact
*Make sure your contact has an email on file. If they don't you will need to click the edit button at the top and add an email for them.
- On your customer's profile click on "Documents" at the top
- To view the document first click on the first icon on the left. You can also print the document from this page
- Once you have ensured this is the correct document you can click on the envelope icon and the waiver will be automatically sent to the email address on file.
