How do I set up a SmartOffer?

Getting There: 

1. Go to the SmartOffers tool in the lefthand navigation of your CityGro Portal. (If you don't see it, email us at customersuccess@mailgro.com to have it enabled on your account.)
   
2. Click "+ New SmartOffer"
   
   
3. Decide if it's a promotional offer or a loyalty offer
   
   
4. Fill out the Offer Details
5. Add Design to your Offer
6. Publish your offer.
