Follow the steps below to install the Kiosk Web App on your device.
Please note all steps must be done on the device and not from your computer.
- Opening the Safari browser on the iPad device and then navigate to the following URL: kiosk.patchretention.com
- Click the “Share” icon (the square with the little up arrow) to the right of the URL.
- Scroll down and select “Add to Home Screen”
- A preview displaying the ‘app icon’ named “Patch Kiosk” will display, confirm this by selecting “Add”
- Exit outof the browser and go to the Home Screen of your iPad, and you will see the new icon named “Patch Kiosk”
- Click the icon to open the new Patch Kiosk Web App
- Log in with your Patch Retention/CityGro login credentials
- You will then be directed to the Devices page, from here you will be prompted to create a new record for this device
- Click the "Create a new record for this device' button and then enter a name that you will remember for this device
- Proceed to select the desired kiosk flow
- The final step is to DELETE the pre-existing CityGro Kiosk App from your device.
