By following these steps, you can easily access and view any signed waivers associated with a specific contact in Patch.
Log in to Patch: Log in to Patch at app.patchretention.com
Navigate to Contacts: From the Home page, locate the ‘Contacts’ module using the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
Find Your Contact: Use the search function at the top of the 'Contacts' page to locate the specific customer you wish to send the waiver to. Searching by Phone Number or Email will return the best results.
Open Contact Profile: Click on the person icon adjacent to the desired contact's details.
Access Waivers: Within the contact's profile, locate and click on the ‘Waivers’ tab to view all associated documents.
Signed Waivers: Identify the correct waiver document you intend to send. You can preview the waiver by clicking on the PDF icon.
Deleted Waivers: If a waiver has been deleted it will show under this section. The data collected in the waiver still exists on the Contact’s profile but the waiver is not recoverable.
