Elements of the Kiosk Dashboard Card
Date Picker: The data picker allows you to pinpoint specific dates so you can analyze performance and track trends over time.
Line Graph (Total Check-ins): This graph visualizes the count of all check-ins within your selected date range. Use it to identify trends and monitor changes in check-in activity.
Metrics:
Total Complete Check-ins
This metric provides a comprehensive view of the total number of finished check-in events within your selected date range.
Total Unique Check-ins
Similar to Total Complete Check-ins, this metric focuses on unique, finished check-in events within your selected date range.
Avg Check-in Time
Learn how much time, on average, it takes for customers to complete the check-in process.
Incomplete Check-ins
By subtracting the total number of completed check-ins from the total number of check-ins started, this metric reveals how many customers abandoned the process.
Avg Check-ins Per Customer
This metric calculates the average number of finished check-ins per unique customer.
Check-in Completion Rate
This metric considers both finished check-ins and incomplete check-ins to calculate the completion rate.
Refresh Button: Found in the bottom left corner of the card, this button allows you to refresh the data within the Kiosks Card, ensuring you're always working with the most current information. Please note depending on how large your database is or the type of data being rendered the refresh option may take time to aggregate the updating data and reflect that within the dashboard card.
