Accessing the Offers Page
To begin, navigate to your kiosk flow editor. Look for the purple plus button – this is your gateway to adding a new page. After clicking the purple plus button, a menu will appear with various page options. Choose "Offers" to create a page specifically designed for showing customers current promotions.
Configure Page Settings
Now that you've created your Offers Page, it's time to fine-tune its appearance and functionality to make it truly engaging.
Design Tab
Background Images: Choose or upload background images that complement the theme of your offers.
Top Content (HTML, CSS, JavaScript): Customize the top section of your page using HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to add promotional messages or additional information.
SmartOffers: SmartOffers automatically populate your Offers Page with available deals and promotions. You can customize this page by using the 'Only show these Offers' option. If enabled you can then manually choose which offers will show on this page.
Note: IF you leave the default of showing all offers, when the Contact checks in any Offers they are not eligible for will be greyed out on the screen and disabled so they cannot be redeemed. Which offers will show while using this setting follows this guideline: "Availability is determined by each SmartOffer's unique settings including but not limited to: start/end dates, global and per Contact redemption count, presence of activations for that SmartOffer on a Contact level, and whether the Contact matches a Filter that may be built into the SmartOffer itself."
Add New SmartOffer: Create new or select from existing offers.
Choose to Only Show These Offers: Tailor the Offers Page to display specific promotions, ensuring relevance to your audience.
Add “No Offers Available” Message: Customize the message displayed when there are no active promotions. The default message is "There are no offers available."
Default Offer Images: Configure default images for your offers, including the SmartOffer Header Image, Default Offer Header Image, and Default Offer Background Image. This will be set if you do not include these design details when creating the individual SmartOffer.
Loyalty Punchcards: Enhance customer loyalty and engagement further by incorporating Loyalty Punchcards into your Offers Page. Punchcards are a great way to use Loyalty Points to encourage your Contacts to check in at your Kiosk regularly. You can use them to reward Contacts for checking in and completing the Kiosk flow, even if they don't yet have enough Loyalty Points to redeem a SmartOffer. Using these settings, you can grant Loyalty Points each time a contact sees this Offers page in this Kiosk Flow.
Click “Add New Punchcard” to select the loyalty punchcards you want to use to reward customers for repeat visits or purchases.
Note: All accounts participating in Patch Loyalty Programs will have a default Punchard Data Field built into their account. Some accounts may have multiple punchcards depending on their business structure. If you have multiple punchcards be sure to select the correct one for this Flow.
By default, the 'Loyalty Points' punchcard will be selected and awarded 1 pt for this check-in. You can update the number of points awarded and also set criteria for the amount of time that has to pass between checking in order to be eligible for more points.
Page Tab

Advanced Tab
Sync Settings: Decide whether the page should sync with the server when completed.
Automatically Set Field Values: This setting allows you to set data on the Contacts profile based on completing this page. For example: You could apply a data field like a Tag to each contact that views this page like 'X Offer Seen'. Then you can use the number of redemptions for this specific offer to see what the conversion rate of the offer is if you want to test various strategies to see what your customers prefer. If you set any type of data you can then use that data to filter against later or to further segment your database.
Security Codes: Require a security code to proceed to the next page; you can add new codes if necessary.
Configure Flow Settings
Back/Next Button Colors: Customize the background and text colors for the back and next buttons.
Idle Timeout: Set how the kiosk behaves when left idle (e.g., Do Nothing or other options like syncing if check-in started and resetting the flow without saving data).
Flow Security Codes: Apply security codes to the entire kiosk flow, ensuring data security throughout the process.
