1. Log into your CityGro account, then click on the Waivers module on the left side of the screen.

2. Click on the edit pencil for the Waiver that you would like to add to your website.

3. Next, go to the Confirmation step and you will find two options for the Code Snippets.

4. Copy the desired Code Snippet.
