How to Create a Report for Parent/Child using the Account Identifier.
To create a report using an ‘Account Identifier’, go to the ‘Reports’ module on the portal.

It will ask for basic details in setting up a new report.
Once you have configured the details of your choice for the Date Range, and Selected Event Type(s), to utilize the Account Identifier, be sure to select that field for the Select Export Columns:

Select Export Columns

Select Additional Fields

Account Fields
-
Identifier
-
-
-
Once the first column has been selected for the 'Identifier', be sure to enter what the identifier is!
When finished, Save & Close.
Once your Report has been created, it will appear on the list of Reports available to the account.
You can download this report by clicking the ‘Download’ button.
You can also set up this report to run on a schedule automatically via an automation.
