How to View Past Invoices

Want to see a breakdown of a previous or current invoice?
This article will walk through how to view the history of your invoices!

1. Log in to the portal!
   Visit https://app.patchretention.com/ and log in using your CityGro credentials!
   
   
   
   
2. Then go into the Account Settings.
   To get to the Account Settings, click on your name in the upper left hand corner of the portal, then select Account Settings.
   
   
3. Once you are in the Account Settings page, select 'Billing'
   
   
   
   
4. On the Billing page, you can choose a past invoice by selecting the edit icon to the left of the invoice, or you can view the current invoice by selecting the option, 'View Current Invoice'.
   
   This is where you can find a breakdown of any invoice!
